If you are interested in further supporting the cause of promoting higher education for American and Canadian students of Czech, Slovak, or Ruthenian descent, you may do so by contributing to the Council of Higher Education fund.  Your contribution is tax-deductible and will be primarily used for scholarship assistance that is provided annually to eligible applicants.
