Yael Wurmfeld Yael Wurmfeld, Director of the Office of Pioneering (International Office) of the Bahá’i National Center, came to the United States in 1952, becoming a naturalized citizen in 1958. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with work in pre-medical sciences from Boston University and has done graduate work in Public Administration at Roosevelt University. She is currently enrolled in Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, London School of Business MBA program. Ms. Wurmfeld is a 15-year member of the Board of Trustees of the Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions, having served as Vise President and Secretary for many years. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Council for Higher Education since 1994 and currently serves on the Publicity Committee. She
serves the Publicity Task Force of the Wilmette Institute, as well. Through her
singing, she performed in Austria and Hungary. |
